Didn't show up for scheduled time, I had to call in to find out they wouldn't come till 3 hrs later. Charged a lot more than estimated without discussing it before they did the work...

He was very knowledgeable, he explained everything regarding the repairs to us and he was very friendly 😊 Edited 2/25/25. We had our new toilet installed today after getting our clogged sewer drain unclogged. The 2 technicians that installed our toilet were very professional and very friendly, they represent your company very well.

Trusted plumbing and heating. Wonderful place to deal with very professional showed up on time showed up within a day of calling them. Got the job done fast and efficient.Grant was the technician who did the job. Very nice person, friendly, and easy to talk with. Got on job right away next thing I knew he was done. I checked the work he'd done it was excellent. I can't recommend this company or Grant more highly. Wonderful experience fair price, I definitely will use them again. Already have a bid on another job. Highly recommended. Thank You guys for being there when I needed you.

This was my first time using Trusted Plumbing & Heating - I recently bought a house and have been "collecting" service companies for all the equipment. James was great - arrived at the beginning of the window, was in and out in an hour, and was clear and honest about what my boiler needed and most importantly, what it DIDN'T need. Will definitely be using them in the future.

A new furnace was installed quickly, professionally, and for a lower cost than the competing bids. I have also used them for some work on my sewer line and am happy with the results and cost. I will call them to bid on any future work I have and I cannot say that about other outfits.

Grant with Trusted Plumbing did a great job upgrading our 1950's era apartment unit's tub/shower mixer-valve and waste overflow. These jobs are always a bit tricky because of the age of the building and existing plumbing that needs to be tied into but Grant got it done with high quality workmanship in a timely manner. I always enjoy working with Trusted. They are pros.

Have leak in water line between meter and our house. They came right out and after several hours found the leak. Also gave us a bid for the repair which they can do in a couple days. Nice guys, good value, great to work with!Update - two days later they fixed it! The leak was right where they thought, they fixed the pipe, and patched our driveway with a minimum of disruption. We weren’t there, but all went smoothly. Even sent us good photos of the work done. Couldn’t be happier!
